1. Purpose
The Site aims to provide information about real estate crowdlending in Argentina, present the collaborative investment model and enable subscription to informational communications. The information published is of a general nature and does not constitute an investment recommendation, a public offering of securities or personalised financial advice.
2. Regulatory framework
Valorapeak S.A. operates as a Crowdfunding Platform Operator under the regime established by the National Securities Commission (CNV) through General Resolution No. 717/2018 and its amendments, and in accordance with Law 27,349 on Support for Entrepreneurial Capital. Its operations comply with applicable Argentine regulations.
3. Use of the Site
The user undertakes to use the Site lawfully, in accordance with these Terms, applicable legislation and good faith. Any use of the Site that may damage its operation, gain unauthorised access to restricted areas or infringe the rights of Valorapeak S.A. or third parties is prohibited.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (texts, images, trademarks, designs, logos and software) belongs to Valorapeak S.A. or is used with proper authorisation. Reproduction, distribution or transformation without prior written consent of the owner is prohibited, under Argentine Intellectual Property Law 11,723.
5. Risks
Investments in real estate crowdlending involve risks, including the possibility of total or partial loss of the invested capital, delays in construction timelines, variations in expected returns and risks associated with the Argentine real estate market. The user acknowledges and accepts such risks.
6. Liability
Valorapeak S.A. makes reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Site up to date and accurate, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or omissions. The company shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or losses arising from the use of the Site or from investment decisions made by the user.
7. Modifications
Valorapeak S.A. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the Site.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute arising from their interpretation or application, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, expressly waiving any other venue.
